Do I need a referral to start physical therapy with Performance UNLIMITED?

No! It’s a common myth that patients need a referral to begin physical therapy, and the services we offer at Performance UNLIMITED are no exception. You have the freedom to choose your therapist and schedule an appointment with us whenever you like.

My insurance plan covers 20 visits to PT. What next?

Recovery doesn’t stop when PT ends! That’s why we offer two programs to help you keep progressing—Performance YOU! for structured package programs and UNLIMITED YOU! for ongoing membership-based care. Whether you need more time to build strength or want continued expert guidance, these programs ensure you stay on track and achieve your long-term health and performance goals.

How do I schedule appointments?

For our Performance programs (Performance YOU! and UNLIMITED YOU!), scheduling is flexible—typically once a week, but we adjust based on your needs. We’re not limited to specific areas or goals, allowing us to focus on your whole-body performance and overall movement.

For insurance-based care, follow-ups are typically twice a week for 4-6 weeks, following insurance guidelines. Treatment is directed at the specific area of pain approved by insurance.

What if I’m out of network?

No problem! Many of our out-of-network patients still get reimbursed for their care. With our Performance YOU! programs, you’ll receive top-quality treatment with the flexibility you need. Payment is made upfront, but we’ll provide all the necessary billing details and codes to help you submit a claim for possible reimbursement.

While coverage varies, many patients receive a portion back—we’re happy to guide you through the process. Plus, there are no hidden costs or surprise fees—just straightforward, expert care designed for you.

How long are appointments?

Each one-hour appointment is designed specifically for you and your goals, ensuring personal attention and expert care. Sessions include a mix of assessment, hands-on treatment, targeted exercises, and specialized therapies like Graston, dry needling, or electrical stimulation as needed. We regularly reassess your progress and adjust your plan to keep you on track for the best results.
